Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $150.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@velvettheoryls.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Velvet Theory is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
International Shipping — Mexico
We are pleased to offer international shipping to Mexico. The following options are available:
- Standard Shipping (10–14 business days) — $20.00
- Express Shipping (3–5 business days) — $40.00
All applicable duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
